You've probably seen 47 different bloggers wear this dress but there is a good explanation: it really is that good. It is so dang flattering, I can't even begin to explain - you just have to try it for yourself! I was sooooo bloated the day I took these photos (thanks to a few too many bottles of wine at a Halloween party the night before) but I still felt flawless once I put the dress on. That's the kind of dress every girl needs in her life. The ruching seriously flattens you out and highlights your curves in the best kind of way.
First, I paired it with a poncho. I've worn this look to the office and I love that it looks dressy yet the poncho feels like a blanket. It would also work with a giant blanket scarf and floppy hat if you bought the long sleeve version of the dress.
Second, I paired it with a moto jacket for a cool date night look. Note that I'm wearing the same shoes and jewelry but the overall look and feel is completely different. Any outfit that can go from day to night in an instant is my kinda outfit.

I hope you have a fun-filled weekend ahead! What are your plans?? I'm currently sitting on a patio in Austin with friends and chowing down on VooDoo Doughnuts - I just adore this city (view my Austin guide here). I would totally move here if it wasn't a billion degrees in the summers.
Thanks for reading!
